With more than 16 years of professional experience as a managing consultant, project and interims manager in all relevant areas of the textile supply chain, he combines extensive practical knowledge with the strategic issues of apparel & footwear as well as retail. Acting as an entrepreneur he built up several start-ups that profited from his know-how and he accompanies their success story up to now.

Experienced in Omni-channel and No-line concepts. 25 years of experience as CIO and Program Manager with a massive track record of successful delivered projects - Maik combines experience with a holistic market view on all relevant technology trends. With deep knowledge in retail and along the value chain he is your person to overcome the strategic and operational issues implementing customer centric processes in your organization.
Digital Doer and tactical Thinker - Lukas combines sense for feasible technology solutions and commitment to clients' success. He is focused on integration of business requirements and information technologies, driving rather than being driven by technology. Lukas has supported over 19 years his clients on vision and efficiency driven business transformation with a focus on business and technology alignment, innovation, operational excellence, and business strategy. His key industry experience includes retail, fashion, logistics, health, chemical, automotive, other process industry and high tech.
